What To Do Before Cleaning

We strive to provide exceptional customer service. Please help us by preparing in the following ways:

1. Typical carpet drying time is 6-8 hours. During this time it may be a good idea to keep street shoes, pets and children off the carpet.
2. To help prevent carpet varnish stains, refrain from rearranging any furniture for at least 48 hours after carpet cleaning.
3. For properly installed carpets our cleaning process is completely safe. If you know of any installation issues with your carpet, please tell us about them so that we can take extra precautions.
4. Inform the technician of any specific spots and what caused them so that we can maximize our pre-spotting efforts.
5. We ask that you move all breakable items from the cleaning area as we will move (and return) smaller furniture items during cleaning.
